Winter's view,
Lonely subdued hue,
Memories of fall's vignette,
Drawn in a cool laconic pallet.

laconic=concise

Sidlak: Five lines with syllable counts of 3, 5, 7, and 9 in the first four lines. The fifth line (The title in this case) presents a COLOR that portrays the whole poem or the feelings of the writer.
