I am describing one of my missions in life.
Everybody is different. Most people are beautiful in their own way. We can identify characteristics in most people that are admirable and good.
There are some people in this world who seem not to have a heart, who are not compassionate, who are self centered and who are cruel . I would never call people like that beautiful no matter what they look like.
Then there are people who are not very easy on the eyes and in some people's estimation are just not attractive. Because of some deformity or imperfection their bodies have been adversely affected. Often these individuals have a wonderful personality and talents.
My experience is that most of us would never win a beauty contest yet we make up for it by being kind and loving. We have learned to treat others as we would like to be treated. We have learned to forgive as we would want to be forgiven.
Then there are those who seem to have it all. They are endowed with good looks, a wonderful personality and a sweet spirit. Those people are charismatic and often become leaders. Sometimes they work behind the scenes being humble and encouraging others in this world.
Our mission as human beings is to find the beauty in ourselves and those we encounter. We can search and see goodness and improve our ability to find even more beauty where we are. As we discover beauty we can be a benefit and a blessing to every one our Creator gives us to love.
