Humans are selfish by nature and that selfishness is what destroys the beauty that is life
Snowflakes fall
Hit the earth
Melt away
Leaving no trace
Yet none are alike
Each one of a kind
This truth is known
But cannot be seen
Does this apply
To the human race

Everyone lives
Everyone dies
No duplicates
Only originals
Does anyone notice
Does anyone care
That all are special
That all are unique

Start off new
End in dust
Floating atoms
Particles in space
Inevitably ends
Eyes must open
Minds must expand
So mircales can live
Amazement can show
Happiness can spread

Rewind back
Without change
Eyes closed
Minds small
Life is a shell
Souls fade
Miracles extinct
