My future "Transition To Success" team.
Currently, “Transition To Success” has one employee-me. I am not in a position to have a staff or team. At the moment, I consider my group members my team.

I would like to handle the day to day myself, but this might not be always possible, and I have been thinking about the team I will be assembling one day to help me run my business more efficiently.

I have mentioned in other entries that you have to surround yourself with people which have the same values and goals that you have. The people you associate with should support you and want your business progress.

As I think of the team I might need to assemble one type of person occurs to me, that will be of the most help to me. I would be hiring people who are compassionate, innovative and outgoing to a certain degree. My perfect team will be willing to try new things in order to move “Transition To Success” forward. My team will be determined and motivated. They will have energy and drive. Lastly, my future “Transition To Success” team will love having fun.

In other words, my team will be a lot like me. Of course, everyone I surround my business with will have their own, individual, talents and strengths. I believe in inclusion and diversity. The differences in my team will be our biggest strength.
