beyond the star and skies

I have sanded down the sharpest corners of my heart, so that its broken pieces do not damage your fingers when you go to take it from me.

what I am trying to say is

your hands mean more to me than even my jagged little heart could ever be


imagine how much I will love your soul if that is what your fingers mean to me
