An essay on one type of OCD.
Obsessive compulsive disorder. Can be various different things. Does not mean someone who is a neat freak. I hate when people think that. Not knowing that it can be many other things. That is why it is hard for people to understand how bad OCD can really be. Rituals is one example, but even some people never have that. Understanding what it really is, can be very important. Some people have what is called intrusive thoughts. Intrusive thoughts, are thoughts that are not really your own. Villainous, these thoughts can be. Entering the mind, as if they are your own. They take over and make it hard to think straight. Hoping it would just go away and not come back. Or wondering if it would end at all. Unbearable these thoughts can be at times. Gloominess can fill you up inside. Hating every moment. Trying to fight it. Struggling with this every day and night.
