10-09-2004. It was formed after the absence of a great love. Raw needs work.
once a lonely traveler walked amongst shadow and death
he walked alone for he knew nothing more
wherever he went he sowed tears of a burning agony
an agony from a world he hated with every breath he took

the traveler walked endlessly always looking to the horizon
he held to the hope something more was in the world...
still he walked.. sometimes stopping to look at the stars..
making wishes that somehow he thought were heard..

he journeyed forever it seemed.. lost in his memories...
lost in the pain of broken dreams.. and forgotten promises..
always with the whispers spoken to the night echoing in his ears
always with the visions of the nightmare that brought this..

finally the traveler came to a dark valley.. at the base, a stream..
the traveler stared into the cold waters.. looking at his own face
remembering the things that were worth holding on to..
remembering the love he once had..

staring at the broken man he had become the traveler wept..
"all to you I had given.. all to you was it for"
"no dreams... nothing do I have left..."
"forgive me... I was afraid..."

hearing the cries to the night the wind embraced the soul of this broken man
"Im not afraid anymore..."
he lay down looking at the stars where he made so many wishes
there with only the thoughts of the one he loved.. this man took his last breath..

he closed his eyes as darkness came to find him..
memories that once caused such pain he now held so very close
he held them till the end.. till his soul flew from his broken body
until he flew to her.. to a dream where he never had to wake.. again...
