The one place I ever feel at peace...
Being guarded by trees is so calming and freeing.
All that green and brown, a color wheel of flowers, it's a vacation for the eyes.
The earthy smell is so fresh and soft on the nose, cleaner and sweeter than the air of the city.
The soothing sounds from all around, wind going through the treetops, birds singing, water in the creeks dancing over the rocks, squirrels chatter.
If I take a moment and just close my eyes I could be lulled to sleep--soft peaceful oblivion.
