Ever changing nature. A Trijan Refrain |
April's Folly Spring arrives and chases the cold with the promise of sun letting nature's story unfold. April's folly begun. Slipping away to old places, beholding familiar faces. Slipping away Slipping away Back to days at slower paces. Trees and flowers begin to strive, from their long winter's nap. All around the earth comes alive, throwing off its' nightcap. Reality becomes a dream, lost in a world of sunshine beams. Reality Reality Is it all as it truly seems? Just as the bees come out to play, freeze warnings fill the air. One last cold blast is on the way, without a doubt or care. I'm not surprised one bit at all, to feel the frigid long, last call. I'm not surprised I'm not surprised For sweet summer flees, then it's fall. (27 lines) This is a Trijan Refrain. Made of 3, 9 line stanzas for a total of 27 lines.
