I don't want to go on stage
"I just want New Years to arrive so I can go home and have some peace and quiet" complained Paul.

"The ball drop is so exciting" answered Alice.

"This is going to be so boring" whinned Paul.

"Look the festivals are starting" shouted Alice.

"Mom I just want to go home" begged Paul.

"Ladles and gentlemen we are now going to have our first ever event with you as the star. It's a song contest. Our judges will rate you on how good you are. Good luck all" declared an announcer.

"Look Child something for you. I know you love music" said an excited Alice.

"Not in front of this crowd" answered Paul.

"Come on your a good singer" pressured Alice.

"I don't want to the magic of my voice is gone when I'm in front of people" replied Paul.

The first singer came up and started singing "I am an images of you. Your purple nonsense in the wind. Time to honor my image of you" The audience quickly covered their ears as the singer kept cracking her voice.

"That is a singer with no magic" whispered Alice in Paul's ear after the singer finished.

"I still don't want to go" replied Paul in a whisper.

"Come on isn't it a break from the boring" responded Alice.

"SHUT UP" yelled Paul.
"Now everybody heard you you have to go up there" insisted Alice.

"FINE" stammered Paul.

When Paul took the stage, he stuttered looking at the crowd in fear. After five minutes, he ran off the stage in a panic.

When Paul reached Alice, he stated "I'm never going to do that again"
