A short poem of twisted darkness
Bone ripped from flesh,
Flesh ripped from bone.
Twisted shadows always waiting,
For the next soul to wander into their embrace.

Eyes of the sky,
Smile of a prince,
Lips of satin.
He asks to dance,
So I shall never stop swaying.
His lips against mine,
Darkness closes in.

With my eyes closing,
One final glimpse.
My prince no longer,
But a gleeful shadow.
