A recap of last night's Toronto/Boston Game One.
Toronto Blue Jay's pitcher, Trent Thornton, had an awful night on the mound at Fenway Park last night as the Boston Red Sox won 10-8.

Thornton lasted just 1.1 innings, giving up five hits, five earned runs, three walks, and no strike outs.

Jay's Billy McKinney went two for four at the plate and had two RBIs.

Boston's Mike Chavis went 1 for 3 at the plate and had four RBIs last night.

Boston's starting pitcher, Rick Porcello, went six innings, giving up eight hits, four earned runs, no walks, and struck out two batters.

Red Sox's pitcher, Brandon Workman picked up his fourth save of the season last night.

TOR: Jacob Waguespack - 0-1.

BOS: Andrew Cashner - 9-3.

The Blue Jays are facing a tough pitcher tonight.

The last time Blue Jay batters faced Cashner was on July 6 as a Baltimore Orioles.

The Orioles won that game 8-1.

Waguespack has never faced the Red Sox as a starter.

Luke Maile has hit .500 off of Cashner this season.

Christian Vazquez hs hit .667 off of Waguespack this season.
