Hope this poem will make people think about their cell phone use.

My Smart phone was lost
And it was brand new
Can’t find my Smart phone
Oh what will I do?

It cost a fortune
I couldn’t live without
My constant companion
When I’m out and about.

I used it at work
I used it at play
Without its presence
I couldn’t get through my day

Yet on one sad day
I came to realize
My Smart phone was
A thief in disguise

It could take away
Much more than it gave
If it sent someone
To an early grave

I bought a new phone
And this time I’m wise
It is no longer
My number one prize.

Instead it is now
My number one tool
When I have something
Important to do
