A short story about a mysterious giant red seed the character Jane finds...
Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Jane. She loved to plant lots of flowers in her mother's backyard and put them in a few of her mother's pots. One day while she wandered around looking at the wildflowers in a field by her home, she found a giant red seed. She was all excited and ran home to show her mother it.

"Mommy! Mommy! Look what I found!" said Jane excitedly while handing her mother, Shirley the giant red seed.

"Wow Jane! It's a giant red seed. Plant it to see what it will become. I've never seen anything like it before," Said Shirley.

"Yes mommy! I will!" said Jane merrily.

Jane planted the giant red seed in one of her mother's empty pots. It grew and grew. Over time, it finally sprouted. Each plant then grew two buds on it. Jane showed her mother this and she told her that it will become a flower. Jane was excited and anxiously awaited for it to sprout the new flowers.

"Mommy! Mommy! Look! There's flowers!" Jane said happily wile jumping up and down while she pointed at the flowers.

"Wow! Two flowers on each one plant! A different flower on each of the two buds! You must have discovered a new plant species!" said Shirley.

"How neat mommy!" Jane said happily.

"Let's show this to Mr. Murphy the plant store man the new flower species." said Shirley.

"This is indeed a new flower species! I'll pay you $100,000 dollars for them. I'll write you a check," said Mr. Murphy.

Shirley accepted the check. Now Shirley had money to put into Jane's college fund. When Jane finally grew up and went to college, she became a botanist. She created more new flower species and then sold them to Mr. Murphy. She also put her daughter through college and her daughter, Judy did the same thing! Judy also created new flower species too. Jane opened her own plant business and Judy and Jane lived happily ever after!
