Pick your poison.
Howling dust,
Cocoons of rust.
Sweet Nepenthe in blood-red stripes
At the edge of death and life.

Crimson streams
Denied us time.
By three decrees on granite tides
Authored by a sentient blight.

Cover the sky in patchworks of cries,
Cover the sky in dog's heads and scars
And comets bleeding quintessence and tar.
Boiling flesh creeping ever nearer.

Unseen clarity,
Twisted delight.
Cover the sky...
Cover the sky!

So we may not see its light.

Sawdust strangers cut holes in the night,
Spiders annex the Dutchman's anthill
As creaking hulls sail on waves of fire.
A white void creeping ever nearer.

Unspoken fate,
An endless fight.
Cover the sky...
Cover the sky!

So we may not see the light.
