Poetry of despair.
Pulling me under,

Feeling the crushing weight.

The struggle is exhausting.

Realizing there's no escape.

Where is that life line?

The one you promised to throw

Should I ever need it.

Where's the light house?

It's shining light faded?

Now, only the darkness,

Under the ocean tides.

Waves pull me under.

Calling to you,

Screaming your name.

No answer comes.

Why forsake me?

Drowning in my pity.

Only silent tears;

No other sound.

She (the Ocean) pulls me under.

Slipping ever so deep.

Only the pitch black seen

On the Ocean's floor.
