The shrunken Dipper turns to his crush for help. What's the worst that could happen?
|Dipper started his long descend down the stairs to reach Wendy, almost puking with each drop from one stair to the next. By the time he reached the bottom of the staircase Dipper was on the verge of collapse, but he knew he couldn't stop now. He needed to get Wendy's attention.
"Hmm... Now, how do I get her attention?" Dipper muttered to himself, looking up at his now gigantic crush. His heart was racing just being this close in proximity to her. "Keep it together, Dipper! You can do this!" The boy thought as he slapped himself in the face. "Maybe I'll climb her... Her leg..." Dipper suggested to himself, his face now red as a tomato. He climbed onto Wendy's boot and started up her pant leg. The climb was torturous, but eventually Dipper did make it over Wendy's knee and onto her thigh.
Exhausted and out of breath, Dipper decided to stop and rest for a moment. It was just then he heard a gasp from above him. He looked up to see Wendy staring back down at him, her eyes full of shock and disbelief.
"Holy shit... D-Dipper? Is that you?" Wendy asked, whispering as to not draw attention to herself. "U-Uh, um. Y-yeah... Wendy, I need your help!" Dipper replied, shouting so Wendy could hear. Wendy suddenly looked around before gently picking up the small boy by the waist with her thumb and index finger.
Wendy inspected Dipper, who at the moment was trying not to throw up from the sudden ascent. "What happened to you, man?" Wendy whispered, a hint of concern in her voice. "W-well, I made a device a few days ago that can change the size of things. I was trying to disassemble it when it suddenly shrunk me. N-now it's broken..." Dipper answered, looking into Wendy's emerald green eyes.
"Wow... Well, I'll do what I can to help you out, but I still have another thirty minutes for my shift, so I need to hide you somewhere... I'll put you under my hat. How's that sound?" Wendy explained, removing her trapper hat and placing Dipper on top of her head. "T-thank you so much, Wendy." Dipper sighed in relief as Wendy's hat covered him completely. "Thirty minutes..." Dipper thought.
