Take time to walk your stress, anxiety away.
The Stroll

Amidst the cold winter day,
She sat to think things through.
Getting stressed along the way,
She skipped out into the woods.

The music of nature took over,
Her soul felt a soothing breeze.
Immersed into her wintry stroll,
She soon began to feel at ease.

Winds of echoes came up in puffs,
Penetrated her tired mind.
Lifted her tender soul; in the woods
She wanted to spend more time.

The songs of whispers in her ear,
Comforting all her senses.
Troubled thoughts were almost gone,
They were hardly any hindrances.

Dazzling under the golden winter sun,
Made her spirit sparkle like foam.
Walking through the stoned path,
Lighthearted, she skipped back home.
