A moment of regret
I wish I could heal your heart
And take away the pain.
I’ve caused our love to suffer.
Drowning in the rain
Of all the lies.
Oh, how my soul cries.
I’m sorry .

I wish I could bury
What you see in me.
Burn the cloak of dishonesty.
Save you from the hell I’ve made.
Instead of kisses
I threw you grenades.
I’m sorry.

I’ve totally ruined
Your faith in love
And in me.
I want to show you
I can change completely.
You’re full of doubts
But soon you’ll see.
I am the person
I claim to be.
I’m sorry.
