The thrilling experience as a Mentor on my first day.
My First Day's experience As Mentor
Somik Bandopadhyay
Just two or three days ago, I filled the Mentorship form. This is a wonderful effort by www.writing.com especially for those who are seeking help in a specif subject or subjects. Actually, Mentor means a coach or a teacher who is always ready to give support to those friends who needs help in any subject. One can choose his/her mentor from the Mentor Directory Forum directly.
I want to be a Mentor on Reviewing, Poetry, Flash Fiction and Short Stories. Actually, I want to deal with the characteristics of them. So, I got a student as a mentor named Austin who is one of my friends, too.
Yesterday, she requested me to give some suggestions for improving her skill as a reviewer. I know very well that she is reviewing very nicely nowadays. I told her," You are already a good reviewer."
But she has a hunger for improvement which must be a sign of legend. I gave her a few tips for improvement as a reviewer. She also promised to follow the tips.
So, there is a nice beginning indeed as a mentor.
