A recap of last night's Toronto/Vancouver game.
The Toronto Maple Leafs are now 6-3-1 in their last 10 games after defeating the Vancouver Canucks last night 4-1.

There was no scoring in the first period.

Auston Matthews scored his 19th goal of the season 1:45 into the second period to put the Leafs ahead 1-0.

John Tavares put Toronto ahead 2-0 with 20 seconds to go in the second period.

Vancouver got back into the game with a goal by Josh Leivo at 11:14 of the third period.

Thankfully, Tavares scored again at 14:58

Tavares had a three point night.

Zach Hyman sealed the deal for Toronto with an empty netter at 18:16.

Toronto's Mitch Marner and Justin Holl both had two assists.

Leaf's goalie, Frederik Andersen stopped 38 shots last night.

The Leafs travel to Calgary to face the Flames tomorrow night.
