love transcends everything
It began with a falling star the kind you wish on. I made a wish in the darkness for a cure to my heartbreak. The star heralded the answer to my wish. Another streak of light fell burning through the sky to land with a splash in my duck pond.

I ran as the water fell back to the ground. I think I hoped to find a meteorite. I have heard they bring big money on eBay. I found something so much more valuable than money. A man stood in the middle of the pond, glowing faintly and steaming as the falling water cooled his skin. I couldn't believe my eyes.

He walked slowly towards me. From a distance, he looked familiar, still the closer he came the harder recognition hit me. I knew that silhouette. The way he walked and moved was beyond familiar. My tears came pouring down. It could not be. He couldn't be. I buried him, what was left of him.

He crossed the farmyard to me. He was naked. I knew every chiseled bulge of muscle on his body. How was this possible. He reached his hand out to caress my cheek, "Love, heaven couldn't hold me. I needed you too bad!" He punctuated his statement with a heart starting kiss.
