A short story about a rabbit that's lonely. How does he solve this problem?
"Oh, I have all of these carrots from my farm and I have too many of them! What am I to do?" said Harry the rabbit.
Harry picked another dozen of carrots in his basket that he just picked. Now he had at least twenty baskets filled with carrots. He brought them up to his farm and gave some of them to some of the goats that he has.
"There we go! At least I have goats I can give some of these to!" said Harry feeding the goats some carrots.
Something's missing from Harry's life. Harry knows this too. He wonders what it is?
"What am I missing? I shouldn't just give all of these to the goats! I know, I'll offer a boat ride to the local lady rabbits and bring a basket of carrots on the boat ride to share with them!" said Harry merrily.
Harry was smart and built a small boat from scratch. He then put a flier in the local lady rabbits mailboxes telling them about a free boat ride with him and they’ll be given a gift. This made Harry happy knowing that he'll no longer be alone!
"Hello lady, I'm Harry. What's your name?" said Harry helping her get into his small wooden boat.
"Nice to meet you Harry! I'm Henrietta," said Henrietta.
"Nice to meet you Henrietta! Well, here's the boat ride I promised you!" said Harry while waiting until she sat down to hand her the basket of free carrots.
"Wow! What's this?" said Henrietta surprised.
"It's the gift I also promised to give to you and the others who will ride in my boat with me," said Harry happily.
"Why, thank you!" said Henrietta accepting the basket of carrots from Harry.
"You're welcome Henrietta!" said Harry while rowing the boat slowly to give them a ride.
Harry kept giving the lady rabbits of the area where he lives rides with a free basket of carrots. This made him happy. He even became good friends with Henrietta and she helped him pick the carrots in his farm's field. Now Harry's not alone anymore and lives happily ever after!
