A letter to me about this year's goals.
Dear Me
So many things have happened this year, it left you whirling at times. You kept it all together, though.

In December of 2018 you began your business “Transition To Success” but realized early that it wasn’t going the way you wanted. The daily features helped a bit with the Facebook group, but not much. You realized that your books weren’t selling and it might be more about your marketing. Though, not getting any reviews did not help you to find out if the problem was the books themselves. By the end of the year you and the man you love decided to buy your own business together and move. That was exciting.

This year is all about moving these things forward.

The idea for a membership site to better deliver your coaching services is a great idea. The next steps are easy. Get a landing page and start hustling for members. Get that website up as soon as you have 10 people interested. I know so far it seemed like a waste of time, but start thinking about specific programs to offer. This might be a great place for “Hey! Get That Book Written!”.

Get an author website and start promoting those books. Stop neglecting your research, and, at least, get the first draft of the other five books done. Get some interviews arranged on the radio, podcasts, whatever. Just get the word out.

Work with your boyfriend to hunt for businesses to buy. It looks like you and him will have to to all the leg work yourself. There were some promising ones around Halifax. Just remember to convince him to let you manage a lof of the business yourself. He doesn’t have many people skills. You need to take care of most of that yourself. Very gradually convince him of what you can offer.

Just remember you’ve got this. Have a great year.
