While tidying her apartment,Penny gets herself stuck in an awkward position and needs help
One week after her tree trunk incident, Penny was tidying her apartment when she moved a chest of drawers and was surprised to discover that there was a rather small square vent and said, "I can't believe I've lived here for nearly 10 years and never noticed this."

The young woman then felt curious and decided to explore the vent despite her worries about possibly getting stuck due to it's rather small size.

Penny stuck her head inside the vent and after a brief struggle, her entire top half was soon inside, leaving only her hips, behind and legs sticking out.
"Wow,it's very dusty in here," said the young blond as she then noticed a brown envelope and opened it and was shocked to discover that it was full of money which after she counted it,added up to just over 400 dollars.

"After sneezing a few times due to the dust, she then tried to back out of the vent but was shocked to discover that she couldn't.
"Maybe this wasn't my smartest idea," said Penny as she placed her hands against the vent and pushed and pushed with all her might but still it refused to release it's grip on her.
"This is ridiculous,I'm a grown woman,I can't be stuck," said the young woman as she then tried to push and wiggle herself free again, even putting her right foot against the wall for more leverage but still she just refused to budge and was completely and utterly stuck.

"Well crap," said Penny as called out, "could someone please help me,I'm stuck," but no one was nearby to hear her voice as she realised that she wasn't going anywhere anytime soon.

The young blond continued to unsuccessfully try to push and wiggle herself free again as she then heard three knocks at the door and each time her name was said and realised that it was Sheldon, who she didn't want to see her in such an embarrassing situation and stayed quiet until he gave up and went back to his own apartment.

Ten minutes later,Penny then heard another knock at the door and, "Penny,it's me,can I come in," and realised that it belonged to her best friend Bernadette and said, "hi,just come in."

Bernadette tried to open the door but it didn't open and she then grabbed the handle again and pulled and pulled with all her might and even put her right foot against the wall for more leverage but still it refused to release to budge as she lost her grip and tumbled onto the carpet.

Bernadette said, "Penny,I think it's stuck, could you please open it for me?"
The stuck young woman then remembered that her door had been a bit stiff recently and was she to get someone to fix but had forgotten to and said, "I would love to but I'm in a bit of an awkward position right now and can't come to the door."

Bernadette then tried grabbed the handle and pulled and pulled with all her strength as the door finally opened as she walked in and burst into laughter when she saw her best friend's behind sticking out of the vent.

"Penny,is that really you, what you doing in there, are you stuck again," said the surprised young woman as she struggled not to start laughing again.

"I was curious to see if there was anything in here and yes,I am stuck, could you please give me a hand," said the embarrassed Penny.

"Of course,I will," said Bernadette as she grabbed onto her best friend's hips and pulled and pulled with all her might and placed her right hand against the wall for more leverage while Penny pushed.

The two pulled, pushed, heaved and tugged for several minutes without success until finally,a POP sound was heard.

Penny was pulled from the vent at last, sending the two tumbling backwards into a heap on the carpet.
"Oh my god,I'm free," said the young blond as she then realised that she had landed on top of Bernadette and quickly got up and helped her back to her feet before thanking her for pulling her free.

"It was no problem," her best friend replied as the two began laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation as they went to someone to fix the door before Penny treated Bernadette to dinner with some of the money she had found to say thank you for rescuing her.
