Astral Projection

Wrote this in the early 2000's, don't recall exactly when

The waves of color
that shimmer and shine,
wash over my body,
I'm no longer mine...

I am one with the ocean,
one with the sky,
one with all creation,
nature lets me fly

I course through the skies
on wings of an eagle,
I dip, soar, and dive,
I am all that is regal.

Then gently I float
back down to the earth,
I am back in the body
I've had since my birth...
