You are what you eat. |
| A lot of foods aren’t good for you; be careful what you choose to eat. Beware of breakfast cereals; be careful that it’s not too sweet. But fruits and vegetables are good; they’re packed with nutrients for health. They’ll make you grow up big and strong; and being healthy is pure wealth. Those candy bars are sweet of course; a Baby Ruth can make eyes glow. You may object to broccoli, yet it can help your body grow. Eat lots of protein for good health; eggs, chicken, meat, cheese cottage cup. Three meals a day for balance sake— a healthy you when you grow up. Eat healthy so you can compete; you truly are the foods you eat. 22 Lines Writer’s Cramp Winner 2-24-20 |
