Today as I revisited yoga, I have learned it will always remain an asset in life.
Back in my early 20's, I started practicing yoga, and I remember the positive experience i felt as I would sit in my living room and play my

Crunch Fitness Candlelight Yoga DVD and learn and grow to understand the craft. I wasn't consistent over the years, but I would

periodically revisit my practice in classes and group activities. Yoga is kind of like riding a bike, you don't forget as they say, and each time

I picked up the practice again I was reminded of the basics.

This afternoon a friend invited me to attend a yoga class. I was excited and graciously accepted the offer because it again gave me the

time to spend with my long lost chum. The experience was not only a great refresher, I found great healing in this experience which isnt

something I really associated with yoga until a few years ago when my perception of health and wellness changed.
