Tricia was determined to get there, she’d postponed for too long. Her eighty year old brother was in failing health.
Plane tickets booked and paid for, check. Accomodation for a night, just to give her time to get over jet lag, check. Bags packed and ready to go, check. Why had she left it till now? Too busy that was always her excuse. Then the phone call. The virus got there first.
