A poem about how being in nature clears the mind.
|Insanity finds me surrounded by steel and concrete,
Finds me surrounded by those I know and those I don't,
Relentless, he finds me no matter what guises I use,
Whether by pain or by pleasure he finds me here,
There is one place he dares not seek me out,
No matter the season he is affraid to go there,
When winds howl and leaves shutter, he flees,
In nature he is powerless, and he knows his limits,
Insanity will not seek me when I slip through the trees.
