The grace of God’s love - a prose poem. |
| A purposeful sharing of immense longing, Seething in precipitous envy; A union betraying the loyalty Of surprising qualms, Given to this baleful gargoyle In his treacherous strife. And life lays beholden To the bestial insults Of a systematic And heart rending loss... God shall blazingly envision A most startling metamorphosis To that ill-conceived design - A fortuitous mercy and prescient dictate - And a furtherance of His Love And empathic scope... And with sacred preeminence, Prescribe this evil emergence, This crime beyond humanity, With the grace of a deity... And the kindness of every life With the breath and holiness Of everlasting dues... |
