Thanking the folks who do technical support - I used to be one of them - a poem.
Some timely advice, a most certain delight,
To see us through heartache, and size up the light.
Found with a vision, out real voices seem -
This energy flaunts it, though never a dream.

That fight to the finish perhaps gets it done.
Seize that exposure that’s second to none.
While everyone’s task can beget such frustration,
Eagle eye strangely averts confrontation.

Quality measures those systems in place.
Angling down towards that filtering grace.
Believing in agents of change where folks stand.
Our favorite ledgers preclude every hand.

Wait, my dear, sir, there’s another great wrong;
Even more reason we’re singing this song.
Lengthy solutions are finally some use,
Engineer’s freight train has seen its caboose.
