The love of music is passed down through the generations, it is part of who we are.
Bluegrass in My Soul

Grand daddy died

Before I was born

But I heard all the stories

Bout makin whiskey from corn.

I heard he could play music too

Guitars and fiddles

Just to name a few,

Grand daddys old fiddle

Had been layin around

Until I picked it up

And slid the bow down

Across the strings

Came that beautiful sound

It was the bluegrass music

My soul had found.

Guitars and Fiddles

Rosen and bows

Knee slappin music

That gets in your soul.

Square dancing

Buck dancing

Saturday night shows

Swayin with the music

And tappin my toes.

Twirlin them girls

To the fiddler's whine

Pickin the guitar

And sippin that shine.

Lord them good times

Never grow old

The sound of

Bluegrass is in my soul.

Guitars and Fiddles

Rosen and Bows

Knee slappin music

That gets in your soul

Lester Flatt and Bill Monroe

Songs that came on

The radio

Grand daddy's fiddle

And worn out bow

Planted that Bluegrass

In my soul.
