A poem about meditation and missed opportunity inspired by Jiuzhai Valley.
enlightenment deigns visit the edge of my consciousness;
Lurking so close; raw clarity eroding ignorance darkness.
fascination hangs, undecided, in equilibrium;
Veiling so tight; yet obviously eager to seize the momentum.
opportunity blinks, something vital just passed me by;
Mediocrity so safe; surely, I’ll dare woe my next chance to fly.
