Short poem about weather
Grey skies, heavy rain,
Stair-rods fall on window pane,
Thunder rumbles, lightning flashes,
Frightened dog through puddle splashes.
Sheltering shoppers are in conversation
All of them voicing their frustration,
But farmers are so glad of the rain,
Their parched crops will revive again.
