A recap on yesterday's Toronto/Tampa Bay.
The Toronto Blue Jays were an out away in the bottom of the ninth inning when it all fell apart yesterday.

Toronto's closer, Ken Giles, was pulled out of the game with the bases loaded and the Jays ahead 4-2.

It turns out Giles had a sore elbow.

The Tampa Bay Rays tied the game and push it to extra innings.

The Jays got all four runs at the top of sixth inning with RBI singles by Randal Grichuk, Danny Jansen, Lourdes Gurriel Junior, and Bo Bichette.

Gurriel Jr. drove in Santiago Espinal with a sacrifice fly at the top of the 10th inning.

In the bottom of the 10th, Kevin Kiermaier drove in the tying run and winning run with a triple as the Rays won 6-5 and took the series.

Tampa's Brandon Lowe went three for five and had a RBI.

Bichette went two for six and had two RBIs.

The Jays are in Washington to take on the Nationals.
