At the top of the fifth inning, Grichuk drove in Santiago Espinal and Anthony Alford with a double.
Grichuk finished the night with four RBIs.
Later in the fifth, Travis Shaw made it 7-2 Toronto with a three run homer, however, Baltimore battled back.
In the bottom of the fifth, Chance Sisco hit a two run homer.
Then, Rio Ruiz scored on a sacrifice fly by Renato Nunez.
in the bottom of the seventh inning, Baltimore tied the game when Hanser Alberto singled in Nunez.
At the top of the 10th inning, Shaw scored the winning run on a fielder's choice.
Shaw had three RBIs last night.
Toronto's starting pitcher, Nate Pearson, went four innings, allowing four hits, five earned runs, three walks, and struck out three batters.
