Meeting an old aquaintance.
Jonathan woke at 0500 every morning. Today was another day of the same routine. Feed and groom the horses, and give them fresh water. Let them out to roam to clean their stalls. Roam the grazing area to make sure it's just grass and dandelions. Help the horses get some exercise.

And then, something different happened. Jenny came over with a bag of apples.

Jonathan hadn't seen Jenny in 20 years.

“Harrumph!” said Jenny. “You haven't changed a bit!”

“The horses don't need their bits changed,” said Jonathan.
