At the top of the seventh inning, the Jays scored three runs to go ahead 8-6.
In the bottom of the seventh, Devers hit a solo home run.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Xander Bogarts tied the game with a solo home run.
Later in the ninth, Christian Vazquez scored on a fielder's choice to win the game for Boston.
Devers finished the night with three RBIs.
Boston's starting pitcher, Ryan Weber, went five innings, allowing five hits, two earned runs, a walk, and struck out two batters.
Guerrero Jr. went 1 for 3 at the plate and had three RBIs.
