Metaphor about life in general.
At the screaming of the dawn I awaken to another day,
Pretending it is not taunting me as giant yawning Deserts sometimes do.
The Sun lumbers up with the freedom to be explored and shared,
and yet I feel as trapped as a blind Bedouin in an Oasis.
Afraid to start, afraid to stop.
The edge of the earth is nearby I know, so I travel in circles quietly and slow.
Waiting for the sunset so I can feel safe again at last.
