So many dreams have been fought
So many dreams have been lost
So many dreams have been broken

Yet so many dreams have never been opened
So many dreams have never been found
So many dreams have never been crushed

Is it because I am too scared to open them
Is it because I don't want to
Or is it because this pain will only get worse

Each day is always new
Yet they always feel the same
Nothing ever seems to change

It's as if I am closing my heart
It's as if I am wasting my time
It's as if I am lost within myself

As these past few weeks have passed
I have found something new
I have found something to look forward to
