Portfolio/Chapter Reordering

How To Change Item/Chapter orders in a book or portfolio

Always Show Details

         Click on the Gray Gear

Manage your portfolio items...
Reorder· Move to Folder · Drag/Drop Organizer · Change Access · Delete Items

         Click on Reorder

         You will see your portfolio or chapters listed with boxes with numbers in them. By adjusting those numbers you can change the order of the items/chapters.

Change the numbers in the fields below to reorder your items.
Highest numbers are displayed First.

Important: To save changes, click: Reorder

To Change Order of Chapters in a Book

         First Click to Open Your Book

         Next Find The Gray Gear Icon On The Same Line As Your Portfolio Tabs – Click On It.

         Six Choices Down On The Drop Down Menu Find Manage Book

         You now have the same basic screen you find in the Portfolio Reorder choice – adjust the numbers accordingly to change chapter orders.
