Up 1-0 at the top of the second inning, Ohtani hit a three run double to put the Angels up 4-0.
At the top of the fifth inning, Ohtani hit a solo home run.
Later in the inning, Jared Walsh hit a two run homer to make it a 7-0 game.
The Jays got their lone run in the bottom of the eighth inning when Marcus Semien scored on a wild pitch.
Angel's starter, Andrew Heany went six innings, allowing three hits, no earned runs, two walks and struck out nine batters.
Semien went two for five at the plate.
Toronto's starter, David Phelps went an inning, allowing no hits, no earned runs, a walk and struck out two batters.
Jay's manager, Charlie Montoyo said at last night postgame press conference that his team is working hard, but having trouble bring their hard work into games.
Toronto plays Game Three tonight.
