Then, Grichuk hit a two run single later in the inning.
Grichuk went two for five at the plate and had five RBIs.
At the top of the seventh inning, Marcus Semien hit a solo home run.
Jay's starting pitcher, Hyun-Jin Ryu went five innings, allowing six hits, four earned runs, a walk and struck out six batters.
Murphy had two RBIs last night.
Athletic's starting pitcher, Mike Fiers went 3.1 innings, allowing nine hits, five earned runs, two walks, and struck out two batters.
Toronto is in Houston tonight to kick of a three game series with the Astros.
