A recap of last night's Toronto/Montreal Game Four.
|The Toronto Maple Leafs are a win away of advancing to the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs after blanking Montreal last night 4-0.
After the game, Leaf's coach, Sheldon Keefe was happy on how everybody contributed to the win.
"(There was) a lot of great efforts all the way through," said Keefe at the postgame press conference.
There was no scoring in the first period. Shots on goal were 9-6 for Toronto.
Just 1:27 into the second period, William Nylander scored his fourth goal of the series.
At 12:28, Jason Spezza scored.
Then at 14:56, veteran, Joe Thornton scored.
Alex Kerfoot added an empty netter at 16:29 of the third period.
Kerfoot had three assists last night.
Leaf's goalie, Jack Campbell stopped 32 shots last night.
The Leafs try to wrap up the series in Toronto tomorrow night.
