My pain about a dog's life drawing to an end. It is very sad. She's joining the stars.
As we say the long goodbye
My tears well up like rain from the sky

Oh pretty bright eyes as she looks at me
Now I must dwell for her immortality

Dear God don't take poor Abby away
Allow me to see her for one last day

I will cherish the pictures that were taken of her
I will cry a river, my love won't deter

I have to let go now and live on memories
Remember the fun times and how she pleased

This pain is engulfing and eating my soul
If I could go before her I would, be it so

My heart is aching and tears have fell
Her owner is strong and takes the news well

I can't take the pain of losing poor Abby
In heaven we'll join our forces again

Abby.
