Dragons deserve to have poetry written about them. June 8th. Chain poetry.
|Dragon claws made for hunting.
Hunting for food and enemies.
Enemies armed with swords and armor.
Armor that was flimsily made.
Made to keep a knight safe.
Safe, an illusion.
Illusion that death can be avoided.
Avoided like the taxes of a king.
King who thought he could kill the dragon and win a princess.
Princess who loved stories and flying.
Flying high above the land.
Land stretching farther than the eyes could see.
See the princess and her dragon.
Dragon knight fierce and free.
Free to love eternally.
