|A RBI single by Corey Dickerson in the 10th inning last night gave the Toronto Blue Jays the 3-2 win over the Detroit Tigers.
Dickerson had three hits last night.
Jay's starting pitcher, Alek Monoah, had a solid outing on the mound, pitching six innings, allowing just two earned runs, and striking out eight batters.
Monoah now has 86 strikeouts this season.
Alejandro Kirk hit a solo home run and Bo Bichette hit a RBI single at the top of the seventh inning to put the Jays ahead 2-0.
The Tigers tied the game in the bottom of the seventh.
The Jays. however, did leave 12 runners on base in last night's game.
Jordan Romano picked up his sixth win of the season.
Tiger's starting pitcher, Jose Urena lasted just three innings.
