Written for Easter 2022

I contemplate the resurrection of the Anointed One,
who came in the station of the Son of God.

I look at the symbolic meaning
of the death of His body,
when nature is going through its yearly rebirth.

I meditate on the love expressed
through this act of sacrifice.
