the moon sees me

I love to see

God bless the moon
and God bless me
God bless the grandkids
I love to see

Hannah, sweet and tender-hearted
your smile evokes my own
Emma, bright, with smile so wide
you liven up the room

Timmy, dear gentle young boy
your energy revives
Sam, curious and active
you thrive with excitement

Zarah, ever observant
new words and skills each day
Violet, precious baby
you are a dream come true

Precious five, gone on before
we longed to know you here
New expected Babe, a gift of life
